Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance products.
  • Gift cards.

3. Process for Returns

To start a return, contact support@horizonoutdoor.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm next steps and provide a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email support@horizonoutdoor.co.za with your order details.

6. Shipping

Use a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If the issue continues, contact us at support@horizonoutdoor.co.za
